Scope of Data Processing

This website is a static information page. No cookies are set, no analytics or tracking services are used, and no third-party content is loaded. Fonts are served from our own server, not from external services.

Server Log Files

When you access the pages, the hosting provider automatically processes data transmitted by your browser: page accessed, date and time, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser type and operating system, and IP address. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free operation and security of the website. The data is not combined with other data sources. Storage is limited to a defined period based on our hosting provider's retention policies, after which the data is automatically deleted.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, FL2, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Netlify processes the log data described above on our behalf. A data processing agreement is in place. Transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses as well as certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

If you contact us by email, we process your details to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual inquiries, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once the request has been resolved and no statutory retention obligations apply.
